Speculated to be virtually blind following a lasik surgery earlier this week (03.03.08), Janet Jackson's rapper boyfriend Jermaine Dupri almost quickly dismissed the rumors. According to reports, the representative to the music producer denied the reports claiming those to be false ones.
Insisting that her client isn't suffering any complications from his recent laser eye surgery, the 35-year-old rapper's publicist, Patti Webster, simply noted, "Not True." Aside from the short statement from his spokesperson, there are no words from the "Welcome to Atlanta" singer himself.
The blindness rumors were sparked by a report from MediaTakeOut.com. It was said at the time that the music producer was left "virtually blind" following his eyes corrective procedure and forced to cancel a lecture in New York scheduled for the last week of February.
