Keira Knightley is reportedly going to add a new role as real life singer to her entertainment resume. According to reports, the 22-year-old actress will showcase her singing talents on the soundtrack of her upcoming new movie "
The Edge of Love".
Though saying that she is not much of a singer, the "Pirates of the Caribbean" beauty will be heard singing 'Blue Tahitian Moon', 'Maybe It's Because I Love You Too Much' and 'Drifting And Dreaming' on the album. Earlier, the girlfriend of English actor
Rupert Friend admitted that she was struggling with her singing part in the film saying, "I can't really sing. I had to have a few lessons, but once I started doing it, a sound emerged that wasn't too disagreeable."
"Edge of Love" is a romantic World War II period drama movie that tells the story of Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, his wife Caitlin and childhood friend Vera Phillips. The film is written by Knightley's mother Sharman Macdonald and directed by John Maybury. Aside from Knightley, the film also see stars that include Matthew Rhys and
