Murdered Daughter Laid to Rest, Juvenile Missed Funeral

As hundreds of mourners came to paid their final respect to the slain Deleston's family, rapper Juvenile whose daughter, Jelani Deleston, was one of the victim was no where to be seen. Reports claimed that the 32-year-old hip hop artist did not attend the funeral services held at the First Baptist Church on James Island, South Carolina on Saturday (08.03.08).

According to TMZ, on his missing the, Juvenile's spokesperson reasoned that the rapper didn't show up at the services because he didn't want to divert the press attention away from the final ceremony. Since the news about the murder of her four-year-old daughter came out to the public, the rapper whose real name is Terius Gray has been very discreet though his manager let out that Juvenile was shocked and devastated by the incident.

On the count of the murderer, Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr. is still being held in DeKalb County Jail. It was said that though he murdered his family, that include his mother Joy Deleston and two young sisters, Micaiah and Jelani, he won't get a death penalty because of his age. He has been charged with three counts of murder and three counts of aggravated assault.
