Though sparking romance rumors with co-star Daniel Radcliffe in mid-February, "Harry Potter" beauty Emma Watson was reportedly happy to settle with an unknown guy. According to The Mirror, the 17-year-old actress has brought her finance worker boyfriend to the trendy London club Carbon for the Empire Awards after-party on Sunday (09.03.08).
On the occasion, Watson was spotted to be kissing and holding hands with her confirmed new boyfriend, while the lover known simply as Joel groped her bottom and thigh anytime he got the chance. Earlier, the British starlet famous for her role as Hermione Granger in "Harry Potter" film franchise confirmed to the British publication that she is dating Joel stating, "I'm not sure if he is 'the one' just yet, we've only been going out together for three weeks, but it's brilliant at the moment. He is a friend of a friend. "We've known each other for a while but we only got together last month...But this is my boyfriend now."
Concerning who her date is, Watson explained, "He isn't an actor and he didn't go to my school, which is great, we're just having fun." According to The Sun, her comment was supported by what Joel said that night when a fan asked what she'd seen him in. He confessed, "Nothing. I'm a nobody. I work in admin." Despite, Watson's confirmation about the relationship, her spokeswoman spoke differently saying, "Emma and Joel are just friends."
On the romantic speculation between her and Radcliffe, Watson commented that they have been friends for years. She said, "I've been linked to so many guys I sound like a wanton woman. Daniel and I have been mates for the past six years, so we're used to it."
