Reportedly, the hit maker of "The Documentary" was facing another lawsuit for the basketball brawl incident. The Celebrity Cafe reported that the Geffen Records' rapper was sued by Shannon Rodrick, a man who claimed the rapper pulled a gun on him on February 24, 2007, during a pick-up basketball game held at the Rita Walters Educational Learning Complex in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, Rodrick has ordered a civil suit against the star claiming that the rapper has conducted an assault, battery, civil rights violation and negligence toward him. Rodrick claimed the rapper whose real name Jayceon Terrell Taylor has approached him during a game and said, "Your team is garbage." Rodrick also accused that Taylor has punched him with a closed fist on his left cheek until he fell backwards." Then, he claimed that the former G-Unit member went to his vehicle to get a gun and threatened him with the gun saying, "I'm going to blast this fool."

County sheriff's records and the statement from his attorney suggested the rapper has been released after spending 8 days out of his 60-day penalty.
