The 'Hannah Montana' star was honored with a wax replica which featured her figure in her trademark smile in colorful area at Madame Tussauds.
Miley Cyrus will be seen as fifteen-year-old girl forever after she has been made into a wax figure. Her wax figure was introduced at Madame Tussauds in New York City on Thursday, March 20. The immortalizing means that she becomes the second youngest celebrity after the daughter of
Angelina Jolie and
Brad Pitt Shiloh Jolie-Pitt who was honored with a wax replica in 2006.
According to the museum's Web site, Cyrus' figure is fashionably clothed in skinny black jeans, a blue and gold silk top and open-toed red shoes. She is featured in her trademark smile and long flowing hair. Her wax replica is placed on the fifth floor with colorful area.
Reportedly, there were many supporters coming out to see Cyrus' wax figure. The first 100 fans who arrived at the exhibition at Times Square to see the figure were given goodies like free T-Shirts, CDs, posters, and DVDs. Her fans were really excited, as a fan Emma Brick told The CanadianPress, "I've seen every episode of hers and she has so much personality...It is almost the spitting image of her. It is so exciting."
Earlier, Miley Cyrus was reported to have made her new name official. The star of "Hannah Montana", who was born Destiny Hope Cyrus, has filed the documents in Los Angeles County Superior on Friday, March 14. In the document, she requested to change her birth name to be Miley Ray Cyrus.
