Following speculations about her further nose surgery, Ashley Tisdale has denied the rumors by stating that she did not have another nose job.

Ashley Tisdale has denied the rumors that she got second nose job. The "High School Musical 3: Senior Year" star told People that the rumors surfaced were totally false. She said, "People are saying I had another nose job and I did not. That's ridiculous."
The speculations about her second nose job surfaced as the result of her first nose job in November 2007. The actress was reported to be going away to have more plastic surgery. However, Tisdale clarified that she was in New Zealand for filming her new movie "They Came From Upstairs".
Recently, rumors that reported the "Headstrong" singer has undergone a breast augmentation also surfaced. Commenting her boob job rumors, Tisdale just laughed. She said, "Look at me. Does it look like it to you? No! It's ridiculous. I'm not for plastic surgery. I'm not going to get another surgery. I can promise you that."
Tisdale had undergone a nose surgery on Friday, November 30, 2007. The singer said she went under the knife because she wanted to correct a deviated septum and not because wanted a nose job. She told People, "Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing. The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose." However, she was attacked by critics who said that she didn't have to change the look of her nose in order to correct her septum.
