Natalie Portman Becomes the Sexiest Vegetarian

Becoming a vegetarian apparently gives benefits to Natalie Portman, not only to her health but also her career. Reportedly, Portman has been included in the lists of 10 sexiest vegetarians based on a poll held by Maxim magazine. The actress was put at number one, means she is the sexiest of all vegetarians.

Reportedly, the "V for Vendetta" star has defeated other ladies, including Avril Lavigne who was put at number five, Pamela Anderson (sixth rank), and Joss Stone (seventh). Further, Alyssa Milano, was named as the runner up, followed by Shannon Elizabeth and Petra Nemcova at the third and fourth number. Rachael Leigh Cook, Sophie Monk, and Kylie Bax are listed at the last three rank.

Earlier, Portman has also been the World's Sexiest Vegetarian 2006 based on the poll held by animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). Reportedly, she has topped the poll to find the most attractive female veggie. Commenting on her strict eating habits, Portman said, "I am a very strict vegetarian. I just really love animals and I act on my values."

The star of "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith" has been a vegetarian since childhood. She is also known as an advocate for animal rights. That's why, Portman does not eat animal products or wear fur, feathers or leather.
