Picking up two awards for Favorite Female Singer and Favorite TV Actress, Miley Cyrus has shown her domination at the 2008 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards.
Miley Cyrus has shown her domination at the 2008 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday, March 29, 2008. The "Hannah Montana" star has reportedly picked up two most coveted trophies. She won the awards for Favorite Female Singer and Favorite TV Actress.
On the occasion, Cyrus wore a black dress with silver spangles. The pop starlet thanked Jesus Christ and several persons who have support her, including her father, mother, agent and manager as she took to the stage to accept the awards. A few minutes later, the
Billy Ray Cyrus's daughter returned to the stage to perform one of her hit song "GNO - Girls Night Out".
Reportedly, Cyrus walked away without getting the Nickelodeon's trademark slime when she accepted her Favorite Female Singer award because he has requested for it. She said, "I don't want to get slimed but I am glad to be here." Meanwhile, the slime was coated to actor
Harrison Ford as he presented the award for Favorite Voice for an Animated Movie.
The 21st Annual Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards was hosted by comedian
Jack Black. There were reportedly more than 88 million votes which were cast online. On the ceremony,
Jessica Alba was reported to be winning award for Favorite Movie Actress, while
