Apparently the pop star legend Madonna hasn't been satisfied with all the things she done for Malawi, an southeastern Africa country from which her adoptive son David Banda came, as she was reported to be planning on building an all-girl school there. According to Elle magazine, the wife of director Guy Richie is in the process of establishing the special school.
The Material Girl revealed the fact with Elle stating, "I'm buying land and getting permission to build a girl's school." She then explained that the school is aimed for girls because she believes that women plays an important part in the future of the country. "The women will play a big role in the future and rebirth of Malawi," said the 49-year-old singer. By founding the school, the mother of three followed the footsteps of Oprah Winfrey in building a girls' school in Africa.
Meanwhile, on the reports of Madonna's adoption of David, OK Magazine has reported that the singer is expected to come to a final court hearing about the controversial adoption in Malawi sometime next week. Further, Reuters claimed that Madonna and her husband will come on April 8 in the country which has been considered as one of the poorest countries in the world.
