The teen actress Jamie Lynn Spears has got an engagement ring from her fiance Casey Aldridge and set to marry. And, it was reported that her mother Lynne Spears wants Aldridge to sign a pre-nuptial agreement before their marriage. However, the "Zoey 101" star allegedly will not sign the pre-nuptial agreement.
Reportedly, the star doesn't think that the pre-nuptial agreement is important. The Britney Spears's sister thinks that way because she really believes in her unborn baby father. That's why, Jamie doesn't need the agreement though she knows that her sister had a troubled marriage.
According to In Touch magazine, the pre-nuptial contract has been written and ready for execution. It is said that the agreement is made because Lynne is worried about her daughter's assets. An insider said, "The contract is already drawn up and ready to go."
Further, the insider told the magazine that the 52-year-old mother doesn't think that her daughter's marriage to Aldridge will be good for her. However, she will agree to their marriage after Aldridge signs the contract. The insider revealed, "Lynne's not sure marriage is a good idea, but she'll go along with that if that's what Jamie Lynn wants - as long as Casey signs the contract."
Earlier, the Nickelodeon's star has reportedly confirmed her engagement reports with Aldridge by wearing a T-shirt saying "The Rumors Are True". The confirmation was released a day after her engagement reports surfaced in media. According to OK magazine, the couple has planned the wedding date.
