As the wedding speculations hitting English supermodel Kate Moss and her rocker boyfriend Jamie Hince intensify, it has been reported that the iconic model has bought herself own wedding ring. According to ShowbizSpy.com, the 34-year-old model has purchased the thousand dollars jewelery for her rumored upcoming nuptials.
Though it is unclear when the former girlfriend of rocker Pete Doherty bought the ring, it is said that Moss has paid as much as $180,000 for a diamond and platinum band with an Egyptian-themed symbol. She allegedly acquired the ring, which reportedly symbolizes long life, from London's exclusive jewelers, Garrard store.
Concerning on the reason why the model bought the ring herself, a source explained, "Kate is the main breadwinner in this relationship and has paid for her own ring. She went to Garrard and looked at its selection and a 'ring visitor' went to her home to show her designs." The source then added, "She wants the wedding plans tied up by May 1."
Earlier, it was reported that Moss and her alleged The Kills guitarist fiance have been planning to have a gypsy-themed engagement party, which will be attended by friends including Davinia Taylor, Sadie Frost and Lily Allen, sometime this summer. The couple were also rumored to tie the knot in September following reports claiming that Hince has proposed the model.
