Through his representative, Nick Lachey has slammed down rumors which claimed that his romantic relationship to Vanessa Minnillo has ended insisting that the circulating rumors are not true.

Nick Lachey has denied the spreading rumors. Through his representative, the 34-year-old released a statement to Usmagazine.com denying the reports. In the statement, his rep insisted that the rumors are not true.
According to Usmagazine, Lachey is still romancing his girlfriend. To the magazine, a source revealed that the romantic couple are still 100 percent in love. Further, the source explained that Lachey and Vanessa were not involved in an argument as the couple had a dinner at L.A.'s Katsuya. The source said, "Nick and Vanessa did go to dinner that night but there was no fight. When they got in the car, Vanessa looked annoyed in pictures because she was fixing her eyelash!"
Reportedly, the split rumors surfaced after National Enquirer reported that the pair were involved in an argument at L.A.'s Katsuya sometime last month. The tabloid claimed that the couple "sat in stone silence" after they allegedly had fought. The reports fueled speculations that Lachey and Vanessa were breaking up.
