Actor Sean Penn and his wife Robin Wright Penn have reportedly stopped their divorce proceedings. According to Extra, the divorce case between them has been dismissed on Tuesday, April 8, 2008. Allegedly, the married couple want to reunite again.
Reportedly, the estranged couple were seen attending an Eddie Vedder concert together at the University of California at Berkeley. At the concert, the 47-year-old actor was said to go on stage to dedicate a song to Wright for her 42nd birthday. However, it's unclear what song Penn sang on the occassion.
Previously, Penn has originally filed divorce papers in Marin County on December 7, 2007. However, the petition was reportedly dismissed on December 18, 2007. Further, her wife filed her own request for divorce on December 21, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple have been married for over 11 years. They tied the knot in Ross, California on April 27, 1996. The couple have two children, Dylan Francis and Hopper Jack.
