"Star Wars" star Natalie Portman was reported to have found a new lover after she has not been spotted dating anyone recently. Allegedly, the Golden Globe-winning actress is dating singer Devendra Banhart. Portman was rumored to be dating the singer after she has been seen spending time together with Devendra in more than one occasions.
Reportedly, Portman and Devendra have been spotted walking arm in arm through the West Village on Tuesday, April 8, 2008. A day later on Wednesday, April 9, the alleged couple were seen spending some quality time together at a book store in SoHo, New York City. They were even seen kissing there, according to Just Jared.
Earlier, Portman was said to help Devendra to put his song "There's Always Something Happening" on iTunes. Aside from that, she will also be making a cameo appearance in Devendra's upcoming music video "Carmenita". The video has been shot at his home in Los Angeles earlier.
On Portman's related news, the "My Blueberry Nights star has reportedly been attached to play in a new film adaptation of Emily Bronte's "Wuthering Heights". On the casting of the actress, reports stated Ecosse Films believe that Portman can help the film to become the best version of the movie ever, though multiple adaptations of the novel already exist. For the film, she will be portraying a romantic fiction icon Catherine Earnshaw.
