While her pregnancy is still not officially confirmed, Ahslee Simpson' father reportedly already looks for some publication deal if she does deliver. Reports said that Ashlee's dad, Joe Simpson, has already offered tabloids an exclusive reports on his daughter and her baby if she gives birth.
A source from a magazine claims that Joe asked for $1 million dollars for the exclusive reports. "Joe is contacting all the weeklies and asking them to pony up $1 million to put Ashlee on the cover. The deal would include photos of Ashlee - taken by Joe, of course, so he can make more money - an interview and photos of the baby when she has it," the source said.
Unfortunately, latest reports claim that no magazines are willing to dish out the kind of amount that Joe asked. An editor from one of the magazines explained that his magazine is willing to give $60,000 only.
Regarding Ashlee's pregnancy, until now neither Ashlee nor her fiance Pete Wentz have made an official statements confirming that she is expecting. Previously, Pete has denied the pregnancy rumors but the speculation sparked again after a source told People that she is pregnant and also planned to get marry in May.
