Sources close to the couple have denied the reports and said that it was "absolutely false". In addition, Katie's representative insisted that all rumors of a broken wedlock were ridiculous, saying "She and her husband enjoy a close and loving relationship."
In Touch magazine reported under the headline "Katie Wants Her Life Back" that the actress has made a trial separation from Tom and planned to leave Los Angles for Manhattan. The publication also suggested that she tried to achieve her Broadway acting ambitions, as a source said "she'd love to go to Broadway to show the world she can act." An insider, furthermore, told the publication "of course Katie still loves him (Tom), but she does often feel like the little wife that has to sit there quietly and smile serenely at everything he says."
In other Katie news, it was reported that she planned a birthday party for daughter Suri. "TomKat plan to throw an A-list party this year. Among those family members who will attend are Cruise and ex-wife Nicole Kidman's two adopted children, the actor's mother and Holmes' parents," sources revealed.
