Zac Efron met his fan who suffered from cancer and gave him a surprise on his 13th birthday on March 1.

Zac Efron is really kind-hearted as he gave a special gift to a fan of him Connor Steventon, who was suffered from cancer. He met him at his 13th birthday on March 1. But now it appears to be sad that the fan passed away on March 19 after battling desmoplastic small round cell tumor for two years.
Connor's mother Tracy Mason revealed, "About six weeks before his birthday I thought, 'He is going to be 13, what can I do that's really special'". She also stated that he "had everything, didn't want or need anything and was mad about "High School Musical"".
"When I saw on iomtoday ("Isle of Man Today") that Zac was coming over I thought we have got to make that happen somehow. Before his birthday he had started to go downhill, sleeping a lot, and I thought we would have a "High School Musical" party and asked Zac to come and surprise him," Tracy added.
Zac called Tracy when she was preparing for Connor's birthday party at Union Mills Football Club on February 28. He said that he would meet Connor at the family home in Strang Close, Braddan. Knowing that, Connor was really astonished as his "little eyes nearly fell out of his head", Tracy revealed.
