Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson Deal With Monkey Thieves

Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson had to deal with some monkeys who stole their stuff while they were staying at Latin American hotel during a recent Costa Rican retreat. It happened when they were sleeping. When they got up in the morning, they found their designer gear missing.

"We'd go to sleep and we'd wake up, and the maid wasn't even here, but sunglasses, my Sony, my favorite Wireseal hat, all this stuff, my favorite make-up bag (was gone)," Ashlee explained. She then added, "We were like, 'Where is everything?' We asked the hotel and they said that the monkeys like shiny things. That monkey has some serious designer clothes."

Ashlee previously was hit with pregnancy rumors, but she and Pete have recently denied that. It seems that her bikini pose in Shape magazine ended the rumors. Concerning the pose, she said, "Now I'm in shape. I never thought I'd be on the cover of a magazine in a bikini but now is the time and place to show the world how I'm feeling about myself."
