Released From Prison, Amy Winehouse Cheated on Imprisoned Husband

After being arrested on Friday, April 25 and then released from a London police station on Saturday, April 26, Amy Winehouse apparently has an affair and wants to divorce husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

After being arrested on Friday, April 25 over assault allegation, Amy Winehouse has finally been released from a London police station on Saturday, April 26. Though wasn't charged for assault, she received a formal police caution and the "head butting" incident will remain on her record. Thus, she could be sentenced to jail should she commits the similar offense in the future. Amy's representative Chris Goodman revealed that she "admitted to a common assault by slapping a man with an open hand and accepted a caution." He also added, "Amy was fully cooperative with inquiries and apologized for the incident."

In the mean time, Amy reportedly cheated on her imprisoned husband Blake Fielder-Civil. A pal of her revealed that she had an affair with photographer Blake Wood just a month ago. "You could hear them down the hall. Her thing with Blake II lasted a few weeks. The pair barely left their room. It's funny how she bedded the last two people who have been helping to look after her. Amy is sex-mad and she gets what she wants," the pal revealed.

Moreover, the photographer is not the only man whom Amy dating with. The Sun reported that Amy had a romance with Alex Haynes, her manager's assistant and planned to divorce her husband. On Saturday, April 26, a pal of the star told the publication, "Amy doesn't want the truth coming out because she doesn't want him reading things that will upset him in case he tries to do anything silly in jail." The pal then added, "She does care about him still and has been trying to be seen to support him through his jail ordeal, but she just doesn't want to be with him any more."

Concerning this, Alex's step father Roger Vine was shocked and told the publication, "I couldn't imagine him going for a girl like Amy. He's gone out with a few local girls but none of them serious." On the other hand, Amy's mum Janis said, "She needs a man who can look after her. I am praying Alex is that man."
