Ashlee Simpson to Wed Pete Wentz Next Week

Pop singer Ashlee Simpson was reported to walk down the aisle with her fiance Pete Wentz in California next week on Friday, May 16. A source close to the couple has revealed the wedding date to Hollyscoop, saying "The wedding invitations have been sent out, its taking place the weekend of May 16."

However, the source insisted Ashlee and Wentz refused to give more details about their wedding as they kept the location of the nuptials secret. "The location will not be revealed until the day of the wedding but guests are told it will be an hour drive from Los Angeles," the source said.

Moreover, the source has also confirmed about Ashlee's pregnancy. Though the "I Am Me" singer has previously dismissed the pregnancy rumors, the source revealed that the 23-year-old is 100 percent pregnant.

On Ashlee's related news, the singer was said to be busy promoting her new album "Bittersweet World". She and Wentz recently were in Paris to promote the album.
