Recent reports claimed actress Kate Hudson is engaged to Owen Wilson. However, the engagement rumor has been denied by a representative for the actress, who insisted that the rumors are wrong.
The engagement rumors sparked after Hudson was seen wearing a diamond ring while she was in Boston. Dismissed the speculation, her rep has told Usmagazine that the "Fool's Gold" star and Owen "definitely not engaged." Explaining the ring Hudson wore, the rep revealed that the 29-year-old actress was "shooting a movie called "Bride Wars", which explains the ring."
Hudson began dating Owen while filming the 2007 comedy "You, Me and Dupree". Nevertheless, the couple have split last summer, shortly before the 39-year-old actor attempted to commit suicide on August 26, 2007. The pair then reunited earlier this year.
In the January issue of Vogue magazine, Hudson has revealed her feeling to Owen, saying "Owen is such a lovely person, and I love him dearly." She also wished all the best for him, adding "And I wish him beautiful things - health and everything that he desires in life."
