Jake Gyllenhaal Denies Wedding Rumors

"Brokeback Mountain" actor Jake Gyllenhaal has come to denial over engagement and wedding rumors which were recently addressed to him and girlfriend Reese Witherspoon. Through his representative Carrie Byalick, he tried to put the rumors into end, insisting that there wasn't any plan to tie the knot anytime soon. "There are no current wedding plans," Carrie said.

Early this week, Jake was reported to propose to Reese and plan a nuptials with her. The rumors spread after a friend close to the couple told OK! magazine that they have already talked about a wedlock. "They've been talking marriage for a while," the source revealed.

The source also insisted that Jack and Reese will get engaged soon and share their lives together under a marriage. "They'll be formally engaged any day now. They want to spend the rest of their lives together," the source added.

Moreover, Jake and Reese don't want to follow other fellow celebs who already have children before tying the knot. Reese considered such thing as a sin, according to the source. "This is a very serious relationship, but Reese is very conservative and traditional. I'm sure she doesn't want her kids to see her 'living in sin,'" the source stated.
