Being a prominent R&B singer whose hits have become some of Hollywood's biggest soundtracks is not enough for Rihanna. She even wants to show her other talent besides singing and reigns the screen as an actress.
Although she doesn't know whether she is capable to act in a movie, still she is eager to try it. "I don't know how good I'll be at it, but it's something that I want to try," she said.
Following her plan to be a prominent actress, Rihanna reportedly is set to play in a film entitled "Mama Black Widow". The film tells the story of a black family in the U.S. in the 1930s who migrates from the southern Missisipi to Chicago. The film, which is still in pre-production also stars Kerry Washington, Mos Def and Macy Gray.
In other related news, Rihanna is having her single "Take a Bow" tops the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and knocks down Leona Lewis' "Bleeding Love," which has been on top of the chart for six non-consecutive weeks, to second position. "Take a Bow" is one of the songs of Rihanna's album entitled "Good Girl Gone Bad".
