Miley Cyrus has just become a focus of another controversy, but this time is about candy. Photo agency Glamour Shots has sued her Disney bosses for copyright infringement in relation to "Hannah Montana Glamour Shots" candy which features her photo on the packaging.
The photo agency claimed that Disney ripped them off by using the name "Glamour Shots" on their candy. They also insisted that Disney did that in order to trick people to believe it was really the photo agency who made the sweet treats.
TMZ has obtained a court documents which showed that Glamour Shots executives have accused Disney of false advertising and unfair competition. They also wanted to bring the case to trial to determine damages. However, a spokesperson for the Mouse House refused to comment on the lawsuit.
In previous news, Miley has repeatedly become the focus of many controversies which mostly about racy pictures. She has been embarrassed by her semi naked photographs in June issue of Vanity Fair. Before her Vanity Fair photo scandal, some of her racy pictures which showed her revealing her green bra hit the Internet. Moreover, she has also recently accused of stealing a song from Los Angeles band Lustra.
