Whitney Houston and Ray J to Tie the Knot?

Dating rumors which were recently addressed to Whitney Houston and Ray J have apparently been confirmed. They are getting serious and even said to be planning a nuptials soon, an insider told MediaTakeOut.

The insider told the news media that Ray has already proposed to Whitney during a recent phone call. "(Whitney) thought it was a joke at first, but (Ray J's) dead serious ... She told him that she'd think about it," the insider revealed.

Whitney and Ray have been linked romantically since the singer split from her husband Bobby Brown in 2007, but both have played coy when it came to their relationship. In recent interviews, Ray has also admitted that he "loves" Whitney, but he refused to confirm that they were an item.
