Beyonce Knowles has been chosen to sing the soundtrack for the new James Bond movie, "Quantum of Solace". The singer is in talk with the film producers about performing a new theme song which was written by Amanda Ghost. Legendary James Bond composer John Barry also involved in the making.
Weeks before the song project is given to Beyonce, it was troubled singer Amy Winehouse who was initially attached to it. Amy then pulled out and was said to be "not ready" for any music record. Music producer Mark Ronson revealed that she wasn't in a fit state and it would be a miracle if she could record the soundtrack.
In other Beyonce news, she decided to stop attending church services at her local church in Houston, Texas because she hated to become the center of people's attention during the sermon. She realized that her existence indirectly disrupted the religious ceremonies.
Contactmusic.com quoted her as saying, "I can't really go to church any more, which is a shame. People have come up to me in church during the sermon and, of course, people watch everything I do. They come up and take my picture on their mobile phones. They're very nice, but I think God understands if I miss Sunday service."
