After 16 years in music industry, rapper Bow Wow wants to focus on acting and become the next Will Smith.

Bow Wow apparently found something much more interesting to focus on. He has decided to give all his attention to acting and quit music. He also admitted the he wanted to be the next
Will Smith.
Bow Wow has joined the upcoming fifth season of HBO's "Entourage". In the TV series, he has a recurring role as a stand-up comic named Charlie. Concerning his decision to quit music and focus on acting, he revealed "After 16 years in the music industry and six successful albums, I've decided to shift my energy to something else I'm passionate about, acting." Moreover he added, "I'm going to try to be the next Will Smith."
Bow is currently working on his upcoming movie entitled "Patriots" in New Orleans, which tells about a high school basketball team in Louisiana. He has played in some other films, including "
Roll Bounce" and "
The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift".
