Tuesday, June 3 was unlucky day for John Mayer that he had to deal with the police over traffic violation. He was pulled over by the cop in West Hollywood for driving with expired tags and no license plate. Even more unfortunate, he was caught on camera.
John was driving his green Land Rover when the police stopped him at 12:15 P.M. for a missing rear licence plate. According to the West Hollywood Sheriff Station's watch commander, the singer got ticket for a registration violation and then was released.
The rocker, who is currently dating Jennifer Aniston, was overheard by paparazzi who were following him, apologizing for the offense. John said to the cop, "We'll take care of this, it's an unfortunate situation ... we'll make amend."
In other John news, his romance with Jennifer apparently is getting serious as the two are thinking of getting matching tattoos. "John also had the idea that they should both have a 'J' tattooed in a secret place as that is both their first initial. Jennifer is really keen on the idea but is going to wait a few months," a friend of the musician revealed.
