Miley Cyrus was expected to perform a gig in Fayetteville, Arkansas on Friday, June 6, but latest news claimed that the concert has been canceled. Thus, the teen sensation has left an estimated 15,000 fans, who were eager to watch her performance, disappointed.
Miley has canceled the one-off gig, which is in conjunction with U.S. supermarket chain Wal-Mart, just days after pictures of her posing intimately with one of her back up dancers leaked on the Internet. The fact has triggered speculation that Miley's photo scandals were behind the cancellation.
Meanwhile, it was Wall Street Journal which first reported the canceled-gig news, giving a correction that Wal-Mart Stores wouldn't host a Miley Cyrus' performance. According to the stores, the Disney's beauty won't appear "because of a scheduling conflict".
The "Hannah Montana" star was repeatedly hit with many photo scandals along this time. It seems that she couldn't get away from such controversies as many of her racy pictures appeared online. Her photos in June 2008 issue of Vanity Fair was the most serious controversy which has triggered many criticism toward her.
