Pop diva Madonna apparently doesn't like if all her secrets in life are written in a book and read by the entire world. Hence, she is said to be mad at her brother, Christopher Ciccone, who has written a tell-all book about her and is set to release it next month. She reckoned that the book entitled "Life With My Sister Madonna" would brutally expose her dirty secrets.
Knowing that Christopher is about to release the memoir in July, Madonna rushed to her lawyers to discuss about the possibility of legal action to stop the book from being published. "When she was meeting with lawyers and everyone was saying it was because she wanted to divorce Guy, she was really meeting with them to get the book killed," a source told E! Online exclusively.
Meanwhile, a source told New York Post that Christopher wrote the book without telling Madonna. "It's extremely graphic and devastating. He wrote it on the sly without telling Madonna. They want to put it out before her lawyers can get a hold of it," the source revealed. Furthermore, the singer's friend claimed, "We'd heard rumors, but didn't realize he'd actually written it. He was there through the crazy years and has many stories to tell, I'm sure. He's seen it all. Oh, my."
Madonna used to be tight with Christopher, but sources claimed the siblings were apart after she married Guy Ritchie in 2000.
Madonna's representative, Liz Rosenberg, has not yet commentted on Christopher's plan for releasing the book. A representative for his publisher, Simon & Schuster, which plans to release 350,000 copies of the tell-all book on July 15, refused to comment.
