Nicole Richie, the star of MTV Reality Show "The Simple Life" is rumored to long for a second baby. The young actress who usually wears tight t-shirt and vest top was caught wearing loose top on the beach when she was hanging out with some of her pals last Friday (July 4th).

The actress who just gave birth for Harlow Winter Kate Madden on January 11, 2008, is said to want to give a sibling for her baby. As stated in America's Star magazine, a source said that Nicole wanted a companion for her 6-month-old baby so that they could "be best friends forever".

A witness who saw Nicole on the beach that day commented, "The top was not something Nicole usually wears. She ordinarily goes for tight T-shirts and vest tops. The other unusual thing was that she was wearing comfy sheepskin boots and not her usual heels - the boots definitely looked like something a pregnant woman would wear."

Nicole Richie and her love partner, Joel Madden was previously rumored to tie their knot on June 29 at Nicole's father, Lionel Richie's Bel-Air estate. Commenting on the rumors, Nicole and Joel said to People, "We don't have any plans for that right now. We're just happy, and we're being a family, and that's where we're at right now. But marriage means something different to everyone. Right now we're really happy".
