The sensational American Rapper Eminem is sued for a bathroom fight happened 2 years ago at a stripped club in Detroit. Miad Jarbou who underwent the unpleasant incident has filed the lawsuit against the rapper in Oakland Circuit Court.
According to Miad, he was in the bathroom with a friend when Eminem and a big guy who was apparently his bodyguard walked into the room. His friend said, "Hey Eminem, what's up man?" and the big guy standing near the door told him to "Shut the f*** up, man! Don't say another word".
Jarbou tried to chill the situation by saying, "Hey, man, my friend ain't starting trouble. It's just cool to see Eminem". Then "without warning or provocation", Eminem stepped back from the urinal and punched Jarbou's face, knocked him down. It was said that Eminem and his bodyguard then left the men's room soon after.
Miad claimed that he experienced "physical pain and suffering, emotional distress, ongoing serious injuries requiring medical treatment" and "embarrassment, humiliation, medical expenses, wage loss and other economic and non-economic" damages. For all of the disadvantages, Miad demands Enimem $25,000.
