Teen heartthrobs Jonas Brothers are not only talented musicians, but also big-hearted individuals. The threesome have started their own charity foundation, encouraging people to donate their money to children with adversity.
Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas explained their charity mission through their foundation's official site. The mission reads, "We started The Change for the Children Foundation to support programs that motivate and inspire children to face adversity with confidence, determination and a will to succeed. And we think the best people to help children are their peers -- kids helping other kids who are a little less fortunate."
Further, the brothers elaborate on their mission with surprising facts that could encourage people to be the donor. "Well, there are 1,788,643,438 people in the world between the ages of 5 and 19! (Give or take a few here and there.) But no matter what the exact number is, that's powerful. Think about it - we have the power to change the world. And that's what we're gonna do. Right here. And it's all up to YOU!" they added.
The brothers leave it up to people to decide whether they want to donate or not. They said "YOU! With your money saved from your paper route, your allowance, recycled cans or maybe a loan from mom and dad (remember to pay them back! This is about YOU helping to change the world!) So, look around the site, learn about these great charities and let's make a Change for the Children."
