Miranda Kerr's Family Slam Orlando Bloom Split Reports

Miranda Kerr's family have denied reports the supermodel has split with her actor beau Orlando Bloom.

Heartthrob Orlando Bloom and his supermodel girlfriend Miranda Kerr previously were reported to have ended their romance. However, the catwalk beauty's family have come to denial of the reports, insisting that the couple are now happier than ever.

Miranda's mother Therese told Confidential that the family were "frustrated and upset" to read the false break up reports. "I realise there is an interest in people who are in the spotlight, but I just can't believe how far from the truth it gets," she said in statement. She then added that Orlando and Miranda are even getting closer now, saying "Miranda and Orlando have never been closer and are happier right now more so than ever. He's meeting her in Paris next week."

Furthermore, Miranda's brother Matthew also blasted rumors which claimed that the model is back with her former beau Brandon Davis, insisting that the two are just friends. Coming to his defense to his sister, he stated that she and Brandon were not kissing and making out at 10ak. "We were just out with a few other friends from Australia having a good time and we bumped into Brandon while we were at 10ak. They have been friends for a while and we just said hi, chatted for a bit and that was it. There definitely wasn't any kissing - nothing could be further from the truth," Matthew claimed.

Split rumors began to hit Orlando and Miranda after a source told In Touch Weekly that their relationship was over since they often fought. The source even claimed that Brandon is Miranda's rebound guy, saying "Miranda always seems to go to Brandon when she has a fight with Orlando. He's her rebound guy." The catwalk beauty previously was spotted canoodling with Brandon at two clubs in New York City, and were "full on making out", said an eyewitness at 1Oak. The lovebirds were also spotted kissing at Beatrice Inn later that night, as the witness revealed, "They didn't seem to care who saw."
