After taking a drugs test as required by the Long Island Family Court and tested to be clean, 50 Cent is now breathing a happy life for he finally gets an unrestricted visit to his eleven-year-old boy, named Marquise Jackson from August 3 to 12. The decision was placed on Thursday, July 17.
After divorce from his wife named Shaniqua Tompkins in May, the "In Da Club" singer suffers from a bitter dispute with her. The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was claimed by his ex that he was involved in the last month's fire that has burnt down the multi million-dollar house he promised to put her name in. Tompkins recently ordered a restraining order against 50 Cent that requires him to remain on the curb when picking up or dropping off their son and prevents him from being on the same property as Tompkins at the same time.
The rapper denied any involvement with the fire and refused to discuss the case in detail to avoid any further battle. "I really don't wanna talk about it, because my son at some point will have the opportunity to see the tapes. She's still his mother, and I'm still his father, regardless. He's gonna love both of us," he said in a statement. Family Court Judge David Freundlich will now consider whether to continue or quash Tompkins' order of protection as well as his petition to enforce his visitation rights.
