Britney Spears Says No More Fights Against Kevin FederlineOK! exclusively reported that has settled a peace over her fight against her ex-husband, . Her move is taken as she wants more time on the visitation access to her two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Kevin's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan said that both Britney and Kevin have agreed to settle their custody case today (July 18). To OK!, he said, "At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time. The agreement will be presented to the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner." Kaplan also added in the statement, "Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving."

The singer, ranked as the eighth best-selling female recording artist in the United States, lost custody of her two sons last October. At that time, she was given privileges to visit her boys. Yet, later this January her visit to the boys was restricted following her hospitalization for psychiatric evaluation. She was only given two days a week and one overnight with her sons.
