Kate Moss, well known for her waif figure and uncommon modeling height, is reported to resign from the highlight of modeling world. According to a source, she takes the move because she thinks that modeling is brain damaging. The rumors have also swirled ever since that she quits modeling actually because she is passing the age.
She gives no comments to the rumors but in an interview, the beauty, who was born on January 16 1974, says that she is rising to a new challenge as a designer. She launched her first collections on the British high street chain, Topshop on May 1, 2007. Her accessory collections include clothes, bags, shoes and belts in which the prices range from 12 pounds for a vest top to 150 pounds for a cropped leather jacket. Meanwhile, her clothes collections carry the designs of skinny jeans, one-shoulder mini dresses and t-shirts with the letter K woven in to the design.
She is now reported to spend her time to make a head start with her plan to expanse the business. "Starting my own brand was what I needed to do. I only model if there are such good jobs that you don't want to say no to. All that dressing up makes me say, 'What do I want to wear?' and, 'What do I want to do with Topshop?' It all kind of leads into the other things," Kate said in a statement.
