Rumor has it that Hayden Panettiere, who has just bought a luxurious Hollywood Hills mansion, has refused to shack up with her co-star boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia. The "Heroes" hottie is even said to have asked her best friend to move in with her in the new mansion, instead of Milo, who was previously rumored to propose to the actress.
According to Absolutenow.com, Milo was keen to move into Hayden's $4 million mansion, since it could make their relationship more serious. But he was left heartbroken after she asked her pal instead. "Milo was secretly hoping Hayden would ask him to move in to the new pad. He is keen to take their relationship to the next level by moving in together but Hayden is not ready for that," a pal close to the couple revealed to the gossip site.
Hayden apparently reckons that she is too young to settle down with Milo and still wants her independence. "She has told him she still wants some of her independence because she is young. She wants to stay young and is not ready to settle down yet, so moving in with a friend was the perfect answer for her. Milo was devastated but he has promised to wait," the source added.
In previous news, Milo recently told friend that he wanted to propose to Hayden even though she is only 18 years old. The impending-engagement rumors began to swirl after the heartthrob was spotted ring shopping, late in June. A friend told In Touch Weekly that he wanted to get engaged to the beauty preferably later this year. "Milo was looking at rings in late June. He really likes Cartier and intends to spend around $200,000," the friend revealed.
