"Planet of the Apes" actor Mark Wahlberg has announced that he's ready to marry his pregnant longtime girlfriend, model Rhea Durham. With baby number three on the way, the actor confirmed to People he is committed to making his family life as successful as his film career, thus a wedding is in the cards.
Mark stunned fans at San Diego's Comic-Con International on Thursday, July 24 as he announced his wedding plan. "We continue to grow in our relationship. I think we have a much better chance at succeeding and staying together," he told People at the book convention, where he was promoting his upcoming film "Max Payne".
Furthermore, according to the publication, Mark and Rhea plan to have a formal wedding next summer after their baby is born. "I wasn't prepared to be married - I don't care who it was - at [age] 20 or 30," he revealed. However, the 37-year-old actor added that he's ready for "committing to really making it work constantly and all the other things that go into building a solid foundation."
Mark and Rhea have been dating since 2001. The couple have already had two children together, Michael and Ella Rae.
