Miley Cyrus has reportedly been offered by a U.S. condom company to encourage safe sex among teenagers. In return, she will then receive $1 million and a lifetime supply of condoms.
According to a source, the company has been very concerned with nowadays' frightening fact saying that more teenagers gets pregnant before marriage. Thus, the company wants to ensure that young generation will not fall deeper into the case. Considering that Miley is a youth's icon, the company then takes initiative to work with her. Marketing manager of the company, Carol Carrozza, said, "Pop culture proves that teens are more ready than ever to discuss the subject of sex. With recent reports showing that one out of four teenage girls has an STD and the high level of teenage pregnancy, we believe that Miley is both influential and relatable to this afflicted set - and is the obvious choice to get the message of safe sex out to teens across America."
As previously reported, Miley who has vowed to stay virgin until her marriage, wants to take off her teen image and be a more mature figure to public. This offer seems to be her chance to make it happen but her rep said that Miley will not take the offer. Some are then reportedly wondering whether she is afraid of shocking her fans and actually is not ready to appear in front of older fans.
