American pop quintet, The Pussycat Dolls, denied rumor that they dislike "Baby One More Time" singer, Britney Spears to be a part of their new video clip "When I Grow Up". "It's not a secret," Melody Thornton, Doll's member told Access Hollywood. "There are a lot of things that you do that don't necessarily make the video and that didn't, for whatever reason".
Spears was set to have cameo for the dolls' new single. The Kevin Federline's ex-wife has played as a woman who drove a car and waved to the Dolls when she passed them in traffic. Unfortunately the scene has been cut. Main singer of the group, Nicole Scherzinger said, "She came out, she did a cameo. We love her, we're all huge fans of Britney, always have been. We totally support her. Not everything makes the final cut but we want to do something with her in the future."
The cut of Britney's cameo last May 2008 has sparked reaction from their fans as well as band member Jessica Sutta who commented, "I was personally bummed (disappointed) because I really like Britney".
"When I Grow Up" single has been premiered on "FNMTV" on June 13. It is the first single of "Doll Domination" album which will be released on September 16.
