Miley Cyrus has landed for the third time in Billboard Hot 200. Her solo album "Breakout" which was released on July 22, is now at number one in the chart. According to Disney's Hollywood Record, the album, in which she has co-written eight songs, has been sold over 463,000 copies worldwide.
In fall of 2006, Miley first put her debut "Hannah Montana" soundtrack album at number one in the chart, which went on selling an impressive total over 3 million copies. Less than a year later, her follow-up album "Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus" scanned over 325,000 copies the first week and also reached number one in the chart.
Her successful career is rising even more when she is reported to have a photo shoot for the cover of Billboard, TV Guide, and People magazine in a special edition. In addition, she will perform in MTV's Friday Night Show this week and be Teen Choice Awards' host on August 4.
Lately she has even become a controversy following the rumor claiming that she is going to have a girl-on-girl kiss with singer
Katy Perry, which has been turned down by Miley with a no-thanks statement. Another controversy about this 15-year-old singer is that she has just been offered $1 million dollars in her pocket to appear in a condom advertisement carrying safe-sex marriage message.
Furthermore, according to MTV, Miley has recently been bought for $16,800 by someone from Connecticut. A source said, "he actually bought the chance to meet the star at the November premiere of her animated flick "
Bolt for his 11-year-old daughter."
