The soccer stud is continuing his quest on embarking the U.S.'s showbiz industry by appearing at the famous kids' TV program.
David Beckham has just take another step on his effort to conquer the U.S. showbiz industry by eying a new market, which are kids and parents. That fact can be seen from the soccer stud's latest project which is becoming a guest star in the new episodes of popular kids TV show "Sesame Street".
The England's soccer star wasn't the only one who was invited to star on the show's first episode of its 39th season as the LA Galaxy player is also being joined by other famous celebrities. Other Hollywood stars that will also appear with David are Heidi Klum, Jenny McCarthy, Jack Black and Jessica Alba.
According to a source the reason that David was willing to accept the Sesame Street's invitation because he is a big fan of the show. "David has always been a huge fan of the show. When he was a kid he watched it, like a lot of people, and knew all the characters. He was more than happy to go on," the source said.
On the show, David's appearance can be see on the segment called "Word on the Street" where he is introducing the word persistence to Elmo and the viewers of the program. Unfortunately, he doesn't show any of his soccer skills on the episode.
