Heather Matarazzo Engaged to Marry Lesbian Lover

Shocking news comes from "Princess Diaries" star Heather Matarazzo that she wants to take her gay romance with her longtime girlfriend to the next level. The actress' publicist, Lisa Jammal, has confirmed exclusively to E! Online that the star and her lesbian lover Carolyn Murphy have got engaged.

Lisa told the news media that because Heather and Carolyn do not have a specific "male or female role," they both proposed. The lovebirds proposed to each other in a dual ring-swapping ritual. "It was really cute. First Heather proposed to Carolyn, then Carolyn proposed to her," Lisa stated.

Lisa went on adding that Heather and Carolyn are very supportive of each other and are totally in love. "They've been together for over a year - it was love at first sight," she said.

Heather's breakthrough role was as a geeky girl in the film "Welcome to the Dollhouse". Besides Dollhouse, she's best known for her role as Lilly in "Princess Diaries" and "Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement", starring in the movies alongside famous Hollywood beauty Anne Hathaway.
