Rapper Kanye West has just shut down recent rumors stating that he will be writing music for Britney Spears by stating his denial via his official blog page. On his blog Kanye wrote "Clarity Post: I Have not signed up 2 do Britney Spears music."
Kanye's official statement is in contrast to previous claims stated by singer/producer Taio Cruz who said that he, along with the "Gold Digger" rapper, Pharrell Williams and Timbaland will be writing songs for the pop diva on her upcoming new LP. "The songs will be good - she has Kanye, Pharrell, Timbaland and me doing tracks for her. In other news Kanye himself is currently preparing himself to stage some concerts this year. One of the
most important show that he will be doing is performing at the upcoming Democratic party convention, to be held on August 25, in support of Barack Obama's presidential campaign.
Beside that, the rapper reportedly is also in talks to make a reality show collaborating with HBO. The news was stated by a source who told MTV saying, "It's in development, they are just in talks, and we don't generally comment on that because nothing is set."
