After Christina Applegate's former boyfriend died of drug overdose in early July this year, here comes another sad news for the 36-years-old actress. Applegate's spokeswoman announced on Saturday, August 2 that the "Samantha Who?" star has been diagnosed with breast cancer.
"Christina Applegate was diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer. Benefiting from early detection through a doctor ordered MRI, the cancer is not life threatening," said her rep Ame Van Iden, to the Daily News. Iden continued that since it is early form of breast cancer, Applegate will have a full recovery. "Christina is following the recommended treatment of her doctors and will have a full recovery," she added. "No further statement will be issued at this time."

On September 5, the charity show is going to be broadcast on ABC,CBS, and NBC.
