It seems Leona Lewis is not satisfied with her success in music industry. The 23-year-old reportedly wants to develop her career into fashion business, launching her own fashion range. Reports claimed that she has arranged a meeting with British billionaire businessman, Sir Philip Green, to discuss a deal for her own Topshop collection.
Leona and Philip are said to be having a meeting in London soon to discuss the deal. "Philip and Leona have a dinner booked in later this month," a source confirmed. Philip knows that the "Bleeding Love" singer is now known as the world's top pop stars. Thus, he wants to team up with the singer to launch her own fashion line. "He knows she is emerging into one of the world's top pop stars and wants to discuss her doing her own Topshop range," the source added.
The "The X Factor" winner is also said to have "a great girl-next-door quality". It means that Leona will make lots of young women interested in her fashion style. "She's a beautiful girl and a huge star but also has a great girl-next-door quality that means her style will appeal to lots of young women," said the source.
Leona is not the first singer who has her own fashion range. She follows the footsteps of other singers, including Victoria Adams and Jennifer Lopez.
