Teen sensation Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers has finally spoken about recent rumors which claim that he's dating Disney cute Selena Gomez. It seems that the idol doesn't want to put the rumors into end, praising the beauty as well as claiming that it would be such a pride for him to date her.
"Well, she's an amazing girl, and anybody would be lucky to be dating her," Nick told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show on Tuesday, August 5. And when Ryan asked, "Well, are you?" the heartthrob hinted, "Well, like I said, anybody would be lucky to be dating her. I think she is a part of our music video, and that is why all the rumors started. But yeah, she's a cool girl."
Further, Nick apparently is very close to Selena and would love to be dating her. As Ryan asked, "Would you see her outside of work," Nick replied, "I probably would." And when it came to Selena's birthday, he insisted "I do know when her birthday is." Hearing Nick's answer, Ryan yelled "Dating! What guy knows that, except the boyfriend!"
As for Selena, she has recently slammed the dating issue, saying "No, (I don't have) a boyfriend, (I'm) looking. But I'm too busy. But I'm 16, and I like to go on dates and I have crushes and stuff." The rumors started to swirl after a source confirmed to People mag that the pair have been dating for months. But a rep for the brothers insisted there is no romance there, saying "They are not girlfriend and boyfriend. They're friends. All of the Jonas Brothers are friends with Selena."
