Heath Ledger Probe Closed, Mary-Kate Olsen Frees From Subpoena
Federal prosecutors closed Heath Ledger's investigation and do not subpoena Mary-Kate Olsen.
Federal prosecutors decided to close 's investigation. According to The Associated Press, the probe was closed without any charges being filed. The officials said that it was useless to continue the case, "because they don't believe there's a viable target," they said.

Due to the decision, actress doesn't have to talk through Ledger's case. In a previous report, the actress didn't want to open her mouth in Ledger's probe unless she had immunities from prosecution. Her decision made The Drug Enforcement Administration obtain subpoena for her. However, since the case closed, the 22-years-old actress doesn't have to receive it.

According to New York City Medical Examiner, the actor died because of overdose of two painkillers, oxydone and hydrocodone. Doctors indicated the two painkillers as dangerous substance which caused the death of "" star. Amazingly, the doctors never recorded the drugs in prescriptions. It is still a mystery where Ledger found those painkillers.

Mary-Kate who once dated Ledger before he died, was the first person who was called by messeuse Diana Wolozin after she found his unconcious body. However she is the only person who doesn't want to be interviewed. Whereas, Helena Christensen and have been willingly interviewed in Ledger's probe.
